Shipping

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders can only be returned as per our return policy.
